Shipping and Delivery
Manufacturing time depends on the order and product reference, so it’s best to contact us to check.
Once ready, furniture is shipped within the peninsula in 24 to 72 hours, depending on location.
If your order is outside the peninsula, contact us and we will provide delivery times and costs.
We only ship directly to mainland Spain, Portugal, and Italy. For other countries, we have official distributors: tell us your location and we’ll let you know who to contact for your order.
The shipping price indicated is door-to-door. If you want additional services or special delivery conditions, contact us after placing your order and we will explain the available options.
Warranty and Returns
It is not possible to return custom-made or personalized furniture, as it is produced according to your order specifications. If you want, come visit us and try our furniture before buying!
All our furniture has a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects or materials. If you notice any problem, notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will resolve it quickly.
Payments and Billing
We accept credit card and bank transfer. All payments are made before manufacturing to secure your reservation and customization.
The invoice is automatically sent to the provided email address between 24 and 72 hours after sending the order.
The price shown on the website does not include VAT; the final amount with VAT will be displayed in the cart before completing the purchase.
